The project intends to provide abreastly theoretical and practical training, extremely, through classes and attending Tree Nurseries fields, basically, to school youths who connected to the same communities. The use of theoretical training programs through classes and attending practicals at tree nurseries in conjuction with the utilization of university and college volunteers could be an appropriate method to give enough and sufficient knowledge to youth and community in particular, that in long run will trickle down the environmental degradation. These Tree Nurseries` fields will be called Green Laboratories, for giving out an appropriate knowledge to environmental conservation and its management, with the intentions of combating soil erosion, protecting and preserving water sources from Uluguru mountain ranges, increasing chances for rain formations, overcoming the impacts of global warming, improving communities livelihoods for instance selling medicinal plants, acquiring building materials, picks and fruits sales among the others. These tree nurseries will be divided into five (5) branches, in which every branch will be shared with group of schools. EYEC initiative will utilize student volunteers who will emanate from universities and colleges consisting SUA and MOTCO respectively. The volunteers, initially, will involve into one (1) month training program that shall be arranged by initiative staffs, that later on, for those who showed a proficiency throughout the training program will further participate into practical strategies for equipping school youngsters in acquiring the basic environmental knowledge as well as transplanting to desired location purposely to make them to have a spiritual changes towards environmental conservation and its sustainable management. On other hand, communities which stay around the projects will be supplied with the knowledge from the volunteers and equipped school youths, as well attending into practical process. Every volunteer will add up her/his incentives for three (3) up to five (5) hours, likewise, working for duration of not less than six (6) months. EYEC will operate with six (6) full and part time staff members. Furthermore, the Governing Board will comprise local community leaders and school administrative staff who will provide the overall execution of both classes and Tree nursery locations project. From this project, the anticipated results will be; A large number of school youngsters and communities in Morogoro region will acquire an appropriate knowledge concerning environmental conservation and its management, more number of trees will be planted yearly, therefore, within three years later the environmental changes in the same region will gradually occur.
